Clinical Responsibilities
As a BCBA at Arrows Behavior Academy, you will lead clinical excellence by designing and overseeing individualized evidence-based programs that empower children and their families.
- Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Providing high-quality supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborating with families through meaningful parent coaching and roadmap reviews.
- Analyzing data to ensure continuous progress and clinical integrity.
Clinical Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field are essential for this leadership role.
Field Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with ASD. Demonstrated ability to design evidence-based interventions and provide high-quality parent coaching.
Legal & Safety
Must pass a comprehensive background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for Montana locations.
