Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

What if I'm not sure ABA is right for my child?

That's exactly why we begin with a free consultation. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision—not pressure you into services.

What do I need to get started?

Every insurance company is different, but you will typically need a referral from your pediatrician and in some cases a diagnostic assessment from a qualified provider such as a psychologist, neuropsychologist, or pediatrician who specializes in development.

What insurance do you accept?

We currently work with: MT Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allegiance, Cigna, Aetna, and TRICARE. Coverage can vary by plan, so we’re happy to help you check your specific benefits before starting services.

Timelines & Customization

How long does it take to begin services?

Every family's timeline is a little different. After your consultation we'll walk you through each step and keep you informed along the way.

Will therapy be individualized?

Absolutely. Every assessment and treatment plan is designed specifically around your child's strengths, needs, and goals.

Fit & Family Involvement

Will I be involved?

Yes. Parent collaboration is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful, lasting progress.

How often will my family be involved in sessions?

Family involvement is built into our services. Your child’s team will check in with you regularly, invite you to observe when helpful, and schedule parent training sessions so you feel confident using strategies at home. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that fits your family’s schedule while still supporting steady progress.
